Best pizza in KC. Every location is a great spot.
I have ordered Minsky's pizza for carryout many times over the years but never actually at inside of one. Their sit down menu is huge and a solid beer selection. We got the Thai pizza. That have the usual pizza flavors as well as some exotic ones.
Olathe Ridgeview Minsky's has great food and the staff is just as exceptional. We ate there for lunch on 11/25/25 and had a server named Ashley that was and has been our server on multiple occasions and each time she brings a positive and joyful personality in her interactions! She is phenomenal! I observed her with the same great interactions at other tables too! She is a blessing to have on your team Ridgeview Minsky's! We will be back and will certainly ask for Ashley!
