Super helpful on our half lap. We’d just come off the Gibb and had a few issues. They diagnosed and identified the issues. Steering rack and other bits and pieces. We couldn’t stay to get them all fixed there, but they sorted out some smaller jobs and helped us get all the part numbers we needed to get it sorted further down the road. They were our second opinion and ended up saving us a bunch of cash! Appreciate it folks.
I recently had Chris work on my Toyota Fortuner and can't speak highly enough of the service I received from his team. He provided clarity about the work done which was completed in a professional manner. Chris and his team are just good people trying to help you. I would use Chris again if the need arose.
This team really knows their business. They seem to manage a heavy workload, yet maintained a detailed knowledge of the issues with my D-max. They repaired the problem and when I returned to query something, they did not hesitate to put the vehicle on the hoist again to double check - absolutely wrapped with the work and service. I want to add a 5 star review for Minshull based on my recent experience last week, ie late July 2025. I note that 90% of reviews for Minshull are positive despite human nature often only giving a negative review for a bad experience - some of which are inevitable. My 100 series Toyota had a complete brake failure luckily in Broome after Gibb River Road. Note to anyone driving in this country - either drive a Toyota or stay home due to parts availability!
