Doctor is nice, but Authorizations from Jossie one of the staff take a month or so, because she doesn't know how to do her job or she is lazy, not sure how no one fired her yet

Dr. Minou Tran is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and evidence-driven qualities I have always appreciated about her. I first became her patient in my twenties, when other doctors had given up on my progressive thyroid disease. Dr. Tran did not give up on me. Unprofessional and disrespectful The doctor answered our questions with visible annoyance and zero patience. To make matters worse, she called my mother in law a “lost cause” to someone else before my family had even walked out the door. Completely unacceptable behavior.
