Nobody on staff. No Dr in. No help as far as what to do for care except drive 4.5 hours to Fargo to the ER. Absolutely absurd that as a disabled veteran I can’t get care

Good luck trying to get an appointment with this VA clinic. They don’t follow through with requests. The say they will call and a week later… nothing. I call for an update on my appointment and they tell me to go to the ER. Sub-par customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.
