Years ago when I first started flipping houses, this title company stole money from my family, we paid them a months worth of HOA which the owner Kimberly Minot did not pay forward. We tried calling her everytime she would be very rude and hang up. Years later we purchased another home with them, and she is still very rude and still hangs up the phone. This company is not good business, they are thieves and I do NOT recommend.
Not Recommended, horrible service.
Friendly and professional service. Even though it was super last minute, Minot Title provided a smooth closing and made sure everything was done properly, even when my realtor missed some things. Will definitely be using these guys for any future home purchases!
