Office staff are not the best so depending who you deal with will result in how your experience will go. Lack of notification when appointment needed to be moved has resulted in just cancelling appointments. Only one person in the office that can draw blood so when that person takes a week or two vacation there is nobody that can draw blood. Office manage, at least I think it's the office manager has a personality of a disinterested rhino. Great location though.
My provider was ready to help with an ongoing health issue, even though I'd never seen her before. She jumped in with both feet and helped me obtain the goal I wanted to reach. It's been several months since we first started working together and she has been following up with my progress regularly. I appreciate the entire staff. They are kind, courteous and thoughtful
Not happy with them at all not well educated doctor. the front desk said will reach out and they don’t reach back.
