If there was a 0 star option I would pick it. It takes a month to come in for an appointment even if it's just a phone call so they can refer to to a actual hospital. Closed all the time can't go in during lunch and training days. Would rather spend my own money then have free Healthcare to this place
The trycare office helped me with a bill,i did not have to pay.
I have never dealt this much unprofessionalism in my life! No one answers there phone you wait on hold for an hour just for no one to answer or you call It rings twice then goes silent. I have been trying to get records from immunization for months. If I could give zero stars … I would!
When you call the medical group during the business hours they specify they never answer the phone. And if you go there during your only hour on break which is around 12 then somebody will reluctantly help you and tell you that they are on lunch too. What if the only time i have with MY job is only during lunch? Also you wouldn’t know this until you physically go there because they don’t tell you on the phone. If you don’t have enough ppl then close it and specify on the phone or through email. Be helpful and be better.
