We were deeply touched by the cheerful and compassionate approach of your staff, who remained professional, attentive, and responsive throughout. It was clear that your facility prioritizes not only high standards of care but also a warm, welcoming atmosphere—something we truly appreciated during a difficult time.
Very nice staff and good location just behind the Richmond centre. I like that they have a PT to ensure that the patient's mobility will progress. There's also different activities like bowling and tai chi and field trips for the residents.

Simply awful. The number of times they dropped the ball, didn’t communicate, miscommunicated, lost belongings, cost our family more money, told lies, mistreated belongings, including down to the death and dealing with remains. Having a family member in care isn’t a walk in the park and they did little to make it easier.
A wonderful place! Was visiting friend thete who lives it. Very clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Lots of activities for patients. A cafeteria, a sitting area. Bright, roomy place.
