Dr Kim and his MOA need to tone it down a notch when communicating to others, or they will be reported to the college. A misunderstanding, although well within our scope, does not warrant extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from their side. Avoid giving these money hungry people your business.
Receptionist called Carmen is very impatient and doesn’t have proper manner. She kept saying it’s my choice to cancel the appointment and if I’m still going, since the hygienist is not the one I booked, and she has no idea if the booked hygienist will return to work. It seems like her role is to help Dr Kim for cancelling appointments, no wonder the customer reviews are so low. The old lady with short white hair was way too rude and impolite she still doesn’t know how to say hello. I was there to ask a question about an examination and she was like No No we don’t even without responding to my Hello. Such a horrible person
