Receptionist called Carmen is very impatient and doesn’t have proper manner. She kept saying it’s my choice to cancel the appointment and if I’m still going, since the hygienist is not the one I booked, and she has no idea if the booked hygienist will return to work. It seems like her role is to help Dr Kim for cancelling appointments, no wonder the customer reviews are so low. The old lady with short white hair was way too rude and impolite she still doesn’t know how to say hello. I was there to ask a question about an examination and she was like No No we don’t even without responding to my Hello. Such a horrible person

I love Dr Zavaglia as he is attentive, caring and understanding. Sandra however is not a people's person. She is usually curt on the phone and makes you not want to talk to her. She seems to be always away from her desk. I called 8 times over two days in order to make an appointment... got a message every time saying she is away from the desk and to call back.
