Dr. Ki-sun Kim is a ‘find better than gold! Being 80 years old has some disadvantages. One being you have to say goodbye to retiring doctors at the end of their careers! I thought I would never find a doctor as kind and caring as the two I retired! I was wrong! Dr Li-sun Kim just accepted me as his patient! I have found another doctor that is AMAZING! Dr Kim and his MOA need to tone it down a notch when communicating to others, or they will be reported to the college. A misunderstanding, although well within our scope, does not warrant extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from their side. Avoid giving these money hungry people your business.
Receptionist called Carmen is very impatient and doesn’t have proper manner. She kept saying it’s my choice to cancel the appointment and if I’m still going, since the hygienist is not the one I booked, and she has no idea if the booked hygienist will return to work. It seems like her role is to help Dr Kim for cancelling appointments, no wonder the customer reviews are so low. The receptionist with white short hair is old enough but still doesn’t know the manners, she disrespected us
The old lady with short white hair was way too rude and impolite she still doesn’t know how to say hello. I was there to ask a question about an examination and she was like No No we don’t even without responding to my Hello. Such a horrible person
