The environment was awful. The place felt messy, unprofessional, and really uncomfortable to be in. The whole atmosphere made me want to leave right away. Honestly, it’s not a place you’d want to spend your time or money. Never coming back.
I was lured here by the good reviews, but the actual user experience was very poor. They didn’t respect customer choices, pushed hard for sales, and the staff said one thing but did another. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
Terrible place. The pricing here is so shady and full of hidden tricks. They keep adding on extra charges and pushing unnecessary services just to make you spend more. Nothing is transparent, and you feel like you’re being scammed the whole time. Absolutely not trustworthy. I’ll never go back.
Terrible experience. The staff push you to put all your insurance credits with them, and it feels like you can’t walk out unless you spend money there. No freedom for customers at all, which is really uncomfortable and even a bit scary. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Don’t recommend this shop unless you want your glasses come back broken after repairing. They refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. Plus they forced me to buy the most expensive pair of glasses in store. Never considered on the customer side. THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET. STRAIGHT UP ROBBERY.
