I once had a hard time removing my contact lenses and wasn’t even sure if they were still in my eyes, which honestly made me pretty anxious. I went to the clinic right away, and the front desk staff were so kind and welcoming that I immediately felt calmer. The doctor was amazing! She was super patient and took the time to show me how to properly remove my contacts, which helped a lot. I’m really thankful to everyone at Minoru Eye Clinic. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!
This was a very positive experience all the way from reception to eye exam to picking up my glasses. Dr. Wang is very thorough and knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your pictures to you. My glasses arrived right on time and the front desk staff were very helpful and provided a level of service and care that is seldom seen these days.
We visited this clinic today for my son’s eye examination and had a wonderful experience. The staff and doctor were very kind, respectful, and friendly. The service was quick and efficient, so we didn’t have to wait long. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for an eye examination. Thank you!
