I’ve had experience with this company and I strongly recommend staying away. The owner does not keep his word. He pretends to be a reasonable person, doesn’t name a price upfront, and then writes up whatever invoice he wants. He even says, ‘I could have charged you much more but I wrote what I wrote,’ and basically blackmails you. Never trust this company.

Honestly great people from start to finish.. Josh the driver who assisted me in towing my vehicle was absolutely amazing he was super friendly, quick, and efficient. Thanks Josh Update: I had to call on Minor’s once again they sent Josh right back out which was definitely a plus he was there in less then 30 min. If I could give 20 stars I would. They also offer fair pricing, but price doesn’t matter when you receive friendly services. Thank you you guys so very much

Extremely disappointed with this towing company. They grossly overcharged me without any proper explanation and caused major delays in repairing my truck. What made matters worse was the rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff—completely unacceptable and disrespectful. There was a total lack of communication, honesty, and accountability throughout the entire process. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this business. I broke down on I-40 and wasn’t able to get very far off on the shoulder. Traffic was rather heavy and Nick Wall came to the rescue. The response time was rather quick and he was very calm even though traffic was flying by. I was given very professional roadside help and towed to a dealership in Jackson Tennessee. I highly, highly recommend calling this towing service for prompt and professional towing! Thank you for making a stressful day much better!
