Called for a quote, he ended up telling me the part needed to fix the plumbing issue free of charge and I was able to fix it myself. Will definitely use him for any future projects.
We had Alex come by to take a look at 4 different plumbing issues. He provided an assessment for each one and was honest about what could be fixed and what could not. All 4 times would be more effective to replace, or wait until it breaks and then to repair it. He gave us a few things we could consider and also helped us identify root cause of where all the plumbing issues are stemming from. I appreciated his candor and will definitely be having him come back when it is time to replace.
We are very grateful for Alex’s help in diagnosing and quickly fixing our clogged bathroom drain. Not an easy fix. Highly recommend anyone in the Danville or San Ramon area to give him a call. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you again!
My Danville home's guest bathroom's toilet had a large leak. After I called Alex, he came to inspect it on the same day and recommended replacing it because it was located below a vanity extension with too narrow a gap in between so that the toilet would have to be taken out before the bulky "ecoflush" system could be replaced, hence repairing it would make no sense economically. We needed an emergency repair in our upstairs bathroom, after calling several companies booking one of them, they were 2.5 hours late, I cancelled. I called Minor Plumbing Services and Alex was not only here quickly but did a phenomenal service in diagnosing and repairing the clogged toilet, leaking from the base to the downstairs laundry room.
