Minor Pediatrics has always been great with our kids. The staff is friendly, patient, and professional, and they do a good job making both parents and kids feel comfortable during visits. You can tell they truly care about the children they treat and take the time to listen and answer questions. We’ve had a very positive experience there and appreciate the care they provide to families in the community.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. How dare you deprive my baby of formula so you can make a quick buck. Me and my wife talked to this woman for weeks and had to have her put on special formula for her acid reflux. We went to try and get the formula today after she had already approved the prescription only to find out she went back on her word and said she had to be seen first despite seeing her not but 3 days ago. Unless you wanna lose 2 hours of your time mostly waiting to be seen and sit in the back for 30 minutes then to wait again just for a one on one. Find a different pediatrician if you value your time. They are terrible at timing and have too many patients. Tired of coming here with plans two hours out and end up having to be late each time. It’s never going to change. The past few visits we gave chance after chance to learn it’s the normal. Currently looking for a different pediatrician..
The care is good. But have fun waiting in the room for almost an hour. They need to stop over booking and making people wait like that.
We had our daughter 5 weeks early and they saw us right after being released from the hospital, when she was only 4 days old, in 2022. They have and continue to be endlessly kind and informative. Appointments are always super quick and help to keep us informed about our kids health and growth . And they genuinely care about their patients. Any time someone's asks or says they're looking for a pediatrician I always recommend Minor Pediatrics.
