Excellent service and advice from the staff who work here. I was checked in, triaged and treated in less time than it took the RAC to phone me!!! Thank you to all the Ladies involved - the receptionist, the triage nurse and the treatment nurse. Very much appreciated.
Visited was triage quickly, sent for xray which was done quickly, after informing them I was back from xray sat for over an hour then asked how much longer as would need to extend my parking, was told 2 more before me so would be ok for parking, waited another hour so asked again to be told I wasn't on the list, but would go check why not, waited 15 mins and still not back so I left, had a call approx hour later from receptionist to tell me outcome and diagnosis and what I should do... when did receptionist give out this inf... read more
