I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care centre in Morayfield. Despite it being marked as “urgent”, the waiting times were extremely long, and the staff didn’t seem to prioritise patients properly. There was a serious lack of communication, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. If this is supposed to be a place for urgent medical attention, it definitely didn’t meet that standard today. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.
It's quick and efficient. The doctor is lovely but the service is poor though. I came in cause I fractured my toe. No one wiped my wound so I got some blood drops walking to the pharmacy and radiology, which was embarrassing. The pharmacist couldn't even put my moon boot on until I got home to do wound care on myself. I recommend that if you think you broke something just go to the hospital.

You can call ... but you wont get an answer. You can book ... but you wont be seen at that time. Bulk billing....what bulk billing? Most of the GPs only offer 1 bulk billing day and the rest is charged at premium rates. A government funded building for....what exactly?
