This company double bills you and also they have claimed they got no money even though I have my bank statement saying you did. And my bank says they did on phone. I’ve had them for 3 years and the f’d up twice already. But the only physical location is in Texas. Well I’m not flying a plane to talk to somebody so I’ll wait another 3 hours on the phone to talk to somebody. Who doesn’t seem to even know what they are taking about. I don’t know why this failure of a company exists!
0 stars. I've tried to create an account online. Won't let me set up a password. After several emails I get a temp password which is the same password they keep giving me that doesn't work. Called after 3 days of this garbage. Entered all of my account and cc information then the system hangs up on me. Call back, get ahold of an aloof, "don't give a crap" rep and I am forced to pay a CONVENIENCE FEE of $3. Convenient for who??? She refuses to reverse the charge. awful. they can't even apply your check to the right account. Late fee is 33%. Usuary. They should be investigated but they are politically connected. Swamp creatures.
Autopay failed and they still charge late fee.
