We rented a pontoon boat for a few days and would highly recommend Lakeside. Every detail was taken care of and boat delivery/pickup was smooth. Brad and Brady provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. We will definitely rent from them again. Thanks Guys!
The crew at Lakeside Marine is the best! We have had Lakeside winterize and store our boats for several years, and I cannot say enough about the customer service. They are so helpful, so down-to-earth, and so accommodating. We were having trouble starting our older boat, and one of their technicians showed us a button that we didn't previously know about... a bit embarrassing, but they couldn't have been nicer about it. Lakeside is GREAT! Have had only positive experiences with them. They have stored our two boats and wavereuner and made repairs when necessary. Can't say enough great things! Something popped up with one of our boats and lakeside has gone above and beyond to get it repaired. Could not be happier with them;
It was our first time renting a pontoon from Minocqua Lakeside. We can not say enough good things about our rental experience. The entire staff was friendly from start to finish. The boat was ready and waiting for our family to arrive. Our personal valet was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. To top it off Minocqua Lakeside is pet friendly so the entire family could spend the day on the lake! Thank you so much Brad and staff! We will certainly see you again!
