Lakeside Minocqua Boat Rentals made our day on the water absolutely perfect! The entire process was so convenient — they delivered the boat right into the water for us, which saved so much time and hassle. The boat itself was in great condition, and the staff was top notch — so friendly, helpful, and wonderful to work with. Everything from start to finish was smooth and easy. Told us, “We have your name on it,” and then sold it to someone else anyway. I hate leaving negative reviews, but how we were treated today was ridiculous. On Friday, August 8, my husband and I drove up to look at used rental boats that Minocqua Lakeside advertised for sale on Facebook (2020 Alumacraft Escape 165CS with Mercury 50HP). We had the best time with Jake as our captain! Our party of 11 was picked up at the dock at our Airbnb for a 4 hour tour to celebrate my bachelorette. The boat was very comfortable, and Jake was the best captain - he took us to several lakes, stoped at a few bars, and best of all, pointed out several eagles, loons and other Minocqua attractions along the way!! We couldn’t have asked for a better day, or a better sport as the captain for our rowdy group of gals. Can’t wait to be back.
