Extremely rude and unprofessional desk staff: receptionist was rude and blunt on the phone when booking my appointment, being impatient, snippy, and sarcastic while I asked for details. Despite that, I still booked an appointment, and when I arrived for it they told me they never put it in the schedule. Complete waste of my time, and very discouraging, considering I am trying to start taking care of my teeth after years of neglect. I am a very very nervous around dentists and I'm so embarrassed about my teeth... all staff were great, they reassured me and I calmed down and was laughing
It was my first visit to a dentist in some 20 years plus, and I am so happy to have found Minocha Mckenny Dental. This place is amazing. Dr. Minocha was a true professional; kind, knowledgeable and sincere. I am hooked.
