Nothing but issues with these windows. EVERY window has frost and then melts and pools up on the window sill. Sliding glass door is garbage. Snow would blow in the first winter and got that fixed, now this (see picture). The technician that came to fix the window the first time said, all this frost and water is normal. Window mechanism broke 2x on the same window and took nearly 6 months this last time to get someone to fix after several emails and calls. Do not buy Minnkota windows. We purchased a 3-year-old home that had Minnkota windows throughout the home. This summer/fall (2024) we had the screws that hold the crank arm to the window come loose. We open and close these windows very infrequently and we do not have children in the home. The previous owner also did not have children so these windows have not been abused.
