I purchased a vehicle from Minnix Auto Sales, a father-and-son car lot, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. I understand that ultimately it was my choice to purchase the vehicle, but I believe the dealership knew there were issues with the car that were not properly disclosed. Before purchasing it, I specifically told them that I did not believe the A/C was working. I was told they would check it. Zac was easy to work with the deal was good for a low mileage truck offered a higher price for my trade in than I was expecting. Transparent professional service I will definitely recommend Minnix to anyone I know who’s looking.
