Hate to give Bill a bad review but because of rate increases I had to cancel my car and homeowners policies with him. He switched me to Bristol West that is affiliated with Farmers Insurance and they raised my rates. I tried calling Bristol West they said I had to contact Bill to cancel which I did. They charged my credit card $2500.00 and did not refund me the rest of my homeowner's policy. When I got the charge, Bristol West said to contact Bill about it.
