Company is a hot mess. Quality is not good.
Minnetronix Medical is a diverse culture. The building is very clean and has excellent air quality! Supervisors are understanding and flexible. I recommend working here and products going out!
This is hands down the coolest place I've gotten to work at, monthly events to recognize excellence and goals being met. Consistent open channels to speak with management to chat, offer feedback, and give suggestions. There is a lot of red tape and there are times it feels unnecessary, but I know if I ever needed one of our devices, I can trust that it runs properly.
