I used Minnetonka Title for house closing. The service was OK, but the closing agent (Brenda Dombeck) was VERY rude to me and my spouse throughout the process. I would strongly suggest looking for another title company. I was the buyer, and the seller s agent was from Edina Realty, and I thought she was much more professional and explained things a lot more thoroughly (to her client, unfortunately for me).
I had a great experience working with this company. They went beyond our expectations and got our problems solved. We will use them and recommend them to our friends.
