My entire experience from Erik S answering my many questions about parts to the service/installation process with Andrew to the technician teaching me how to use my new bike car rack and hitch was above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced at any other dealership in my entire life! Thank you! I've already scheduled my 6-month service appointment at this location, which is also where I purchased my Subaru!
Mike very helpful in service though he was not the person that checked us in. He had to find Alex. The building is very broken up and a little confusing to locate waiting areas etc. other staff never make eye contact or smile.
My routine oil change was taking longer than estimated/expected. Chase was amazing. She was a great comnunicator and made everything right for me!
Had to have a thermocoupler (?) replaced (under warranty) and a small seat tear repaired in my ‘21 Outback. Mike P (Svc Mgr) and Chase E (Svc Advisor) were both absolutely great, and it ended up being a surprisingly pleasant experience.
