I have used both the Brooklyn Park Morrie’s Subaru as well as the Minnetonka location. All of the staff I’ve dealt with have been friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the cars they sell and service. I’m not only impressed with the front of house staff, but also with the mechanics/technicians that work on the cars. Very courteous, Chris was great.
I came into the express service with 2 tires that were slowly losing air. Bentlay, the Express service person met me quickly and checked out my tires to find nail holes.nOne tire was not repairable so I had a choice to make. After reviewing new tire options I choose the best one for me. I waited about two hours and during that time I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Bentlay was very personable and I felt that she cared about me. I left feeling grateful. Thanks Minnetonka Subaru.
They communicate well both verbally and in writing , about what they are doing and why, and what it will cost. They didn’t push a brake job that could wait.
