One of their drivers was stopped completely blocking the crosswalk, which is in fact illegal, when I went by on my bike I shook my head in frustration because I had to navigate around the marked truck as well as the median. The little man driver felt big in his truck and honked in my ears. Obviously respect and doing the right thing isn’t a priority for this company as the driver felt just fine doing this in a marked truck. What a nice person: Brad. Totally doesn’t work with above ground pools but I was having an “emergency” with my pump and he came right away. Still had several other jobs to do the same day, but just being a generally kind and helpful professional. Fixed the issue quickly. I’m super thankful! Keep giving him your work, Santa Fe!
Brad was extremely helpful! He arrived early, approached our problem without even considering pricing, and ended our consultation solving our hot tub problem without charging a cent, because he’s got great customer service and won’t charge for consultation and advice! I’m CERTAINLY hiring him again for further services; as well as recommend him!!!! Don’t go any further, he’s the best!
