MBC did a careful job of siding my house and it looks very good now. The job site was cleaned up so you would not know they had been there. They did the job for the price they estimated at the beginning. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.
We hired MN 1st to fix and complete work on an egress window from our basement after the previous contractor left us in a bad spot. They were able to come in right away, fix the issues and clean up the mess - a fantastic job! While talking to Bill about what happened with our basement, we found out they also did remodeling work in their offseason and was willing to work within our (remaining) budget. Troy and Mike did a stellar job replacing my mom's windows. Not only was the work top quality, but they took the time to show my mom how the windows work, as this was her first time having double hung windows. Being an older woman, she was worried about having to move furniture. Troy took care of all of it. We will absolutely recommend Troy and Mike to friends and family!
My experience from start to finish was flawless! Bobbie was so polite and helpful and set my appointment for a free estimate. Bill came and had my detailed estimate ready in no time. The crew showed up on time and had our roof done so fast, and the place was spotless! Highly recommend!!!
