I cannot express how immensely relieved I felt after my conversation with Brooke at Minnesota WellCare. Walking in, I had the apprehension that I might have to pretend to be someone else, but boy was I mistaken. Brooke was kind, cool, and utterly non-judgmental. Her warmth and understanding made me feel at ease, and I can confidently say that she stands out not just within the medical field but as a remarkable person overall. FIVE STARS
Brooke has seriously helped me on my journey to medication. It was a long road, and I had to leave my first Psychiatrist before as I was told I needed drug testing, where I couldn't make appointments in a timely mannerm, and more. Brooke and Minnesota Wellcare is in every way better and more inclusive, especially to neurodivergence. As I'm moving out of state, I hope to find someone as great as Brooke to continue my path through mental health.
The level of care I receive is truly astounded me. Everything is so organized, easy to access information and your provider as well. Many a times with folks with mental health problems face the issue of hesitation or reluctance when care is not organized, staggered and connected between different care channels, not at Minnesota Wellcare. You can tell how strong the team is through their professionalism, care and follow throughs. I am very lucky to have found this organization and I highly recommend it!
Brooke Kern is exceptional! When talking with her you get the feeling that she genuinely cares about you. She will truly listen to what your needs are and help you come up with a plan. I would highly recommend her to anyone out there looking for support!
I had a wonderful experience working with Minnesota WellCare in Lakeville. Both Brooke and Katie were warm and welcoming. I felt comfortable with opening up to Brooke in my initial consult. There was never any pressure to do anything, which was a huge relief. I am very appreciative to them for helping me when I needed it.
