I have tried many diets and could not keep the weight off once I lost the weight. With this diet they teach you how to keep the weight off and to eat healthy food. The staff is very pleasant and helpful if you need advice from them. I have lost over 40lbs. since I stated this diet.
I love this program. I followed the plan and weight came off. And it came off fast! I wanted to lose 20 lbs and actually lost 23 😊 Basically an easy plan to follow. Two meals a day with a lot of free foods in between meals if you need. I give it 4 out of five because it is restrictive of what is allowed. No fats, no sugars & sometimes that just gets so hard.
