This place has the best customer service and professional demeanor of anyplace (store, restaurant, medical office, etc.) I have ever been. Our primary vet suggested an MRI for our newly diagnosed epileptic dog that wasn’t responding great to medications. Minnesota Veterinary Neurology was one of the closest facilities with an MRI. We were able to self refer after a scary night of 2 seizures and they got us in the next day. Their receptionist was upfront with all the costs so we knew what to expect. The facility is impressive. We are so blessed to have Minnesota Veterinary Neurology in Minnesota! Veterinarian specialist, Missy was amazing and she took a lot of time to get to know us and our dog, Bear. She did NOT rush through our appointment and definitely answered all of our questions concerning seizures and neurological conditions. The entire staff was also very kind and supportive.
