I wanted to go back and change my last review. Even though the person who answers the phones needs more training on how insurance billing works, they did get me in the next week for my procedure and billed my insurance. Dr. Bell's team was awesome. Unfortunately, I didn't do well after the procedure, but they were super responsive and kind. I'd definitely see them again.

My spine procedure was scheduled for weeks, and then on Friday afternoon, right before my appointment, they texted me saying I had a payment due. I called to ask about it and they told me that if I hadn't paid my deductible, I'd have to pay upfront, out of pocket. I asked why they didn't tell me this when I made the appointment, or even better, why they didn't call me sooner to discuss it before the day before. Please consider avoiding this surgery center. Your TCO surgeon may recommend it since they own the facility, but a TCO Surgery Center is generally preferable. The location in Eagan, in particular, comes highly recommended. It has been observed that the management at this center seems to prioritize revenue over quality of care. Additionally, since the surgeons own the facility, there are concerns about maintaining appropriate standards and accountability.
