My spine procedure was scheduled for weeks, and then on Friday afternoon, right before my appointment, they texted me saying I had a payment due. I called to ask about it and they told me that if I hadn't paid my deductible, I'd have to pay upfront, out of pocket. I asked why they didn't tell me this when I made the appointment, or even better, why they didn't call me sooner to discuss it before the day before. I checked the website for information about the waiting room. None found. Called and they do have one. No water or coffee. Arrived and found the waiting area to be like a freezer! So cold in there that I had to go to a nearby store to get a jacket! I am not a cold person, but WHY!!! Here's some advice, if someone calls to ask, then tell them to bring their winter coat! By the way, this was August!!
