I was so surprised---when I called to report/check on an outage that the phone was answered by a real person! Not only that but a real person who had a status to provide to me! Not sure if this is still true today but certainly made me feel good when I called.
A branch fell on our power line this evening. The crew that arrived shortly after our call did an amazing job. They went above and beyond. We were impressed with the communication between the three men to make sure the job was done safely. Thanks MVEC for taking care of this so quickly.
I had a water heater that developed a leak and needed to be replaced. Our Electric company Minnesota Valley was extremely helpful in lining up a replacement at a reasonable price. If you need a water heater be sure to call them. Mike Rohr was my expert contact.
Jodi D. was fantastic is assisting me in removing an old account and setting up a new one. Process was smooth and she was very patient in walking me through it. Extremely nice and professional!
