Doctor Jodi Michaels told me that I was TOO DISABLED to treat & I called five times-left messages with the receptionist to talk with the patient manager and no one has spoken with me about my concerns. We ended up with MN Urology due to being in the ER with a kidney stone. They placed a stent fairly quickly, which we were very happy with at the time. But after that, care went downhill. Our experience once we left the hospital directly contradicted what the provider had said would happen and we ended up back in the ER. We called MN Urology trying to figure out if we needed to go to the ER and they were less than helpful. I travel over 4 hours to be able to have Dr Puttman as my urologist. The staff at the desk are friendly and so competent . Nurses are very kind and helpful. I have always received exceptional care and treatment from the doctor and staff.
I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Polcari. He’s been there when I needed him and when my spouse needed him also.
