Great experience working with Andy, and I love my pickup. However I was sorely disappointed in my service afterwards. I purchased a warranty for $2000.. However when it came time to use it on my $5000 piston lifter repair bill it was declined due to the vehicle having mud tires. The same tires that were on there when I bought the vehicle, meaning MTH sold a void warranty. Sadly this didn't seem to matter, not even to the tune of refunding the void warranty and I ended up out $7000.

After the dealer kept texting me insisting the truck was going to be sold, I bought a decent truck and turned out they send you to Automotive Concepts for financing. Becky slapped a $300 fee to the price tag of the truck, and when I complained, she said I was whining and reluctantly erased it, but I later found it on the extended warranty. I called MTH, and of course they washed their hands. I wouldn't trust them with a truck again. UPDATE 10/2017: A piston melted. Extended warranty is supposed to cover it...
