I’m 41, and I’ve been going to MTT since February 2025—and I’ve never felt healthier in my life. I started with the daily work classes just 1–2 days a week, but now I’m there 4–5 days because I love it. I can't say enough about how much I love this place. I have been coming here for a couple of years, primarily for boxing but also some Crossfit, and deciding to go to my first class was one of the best choices I've ever made. I was nervous at first, having never done boxing, but I was hooked after the first time.
