I have worked with MTS for many years on many different projects. They are my go-to tile shop for best selection, quality products and solid design advice. Highly recommend!
Working with Jamie has been a delight - she is thoughtful, takes all our choices into account and has helped steer us in the right direction. All while using our color choices, preferences and quirks. We appreciate her and MN tile and stone!
Unhelpful. Not knowledgeable. Surly. They seemed bored by my inquiry. Offered me ONE option (only) of tile that was $4x of what's available elsewhere. My guess? I wasn't going to spend enough to hold their interest. PS: I know more about installation than they do.
Zero customer service. Store was empty, walked in to two saleswomen at their desks, neither woman got up, they looked at me and I said I was looking. One woman proceeded to point and say that this and that were back there. I looked around and then approached one with questions and she answered my questions and pointed to displays. So lazy. Will never shop here again.
Great selection and a very clever team of designers at this store. Our designer and her colleagues showed geniality and clever inspiration over so many store visits as we worked to find our answers for kitchen floor and backsplash; countertops, grout, etc. They had wonderful, some really breathtaking, stock on offer, and supported our conversation over several visits.
