Zero customer service. Store was empty, walked in to two saleswomen at their desks, neither woman got up, they looked at me and I said I was looking. One woman proceeded to point and say that this and that were back there. I looked around and then approached one with questions and she answered my questions and pointed to displays. So lazy. Will never shop here again.
Great selection and a very clever team of designers at this store. Our designer and her colleagues showed geniality and clever inspiration over so many store visits as we worked to find our answers for kitchen floor and backsplash; countertops, grout, etc. They had wonderful, some really breathtaking, stock on offer, and supported our conversation over several visits. Ordered multiple countertops. Numerous mistakes made plus poor/incorrect communication. Will not buy from again.
The women working here are not very friendly and seemed quite inconvenienced by me walking in the door. If you aren’t bothered by snobby staff, the selection is decent.
