Our installer was Roderick with PCS. He was at our house replacing a shower. He arrived around 9:15 am and was here the entire day until 9:45 pm. Very hard worker and very particular in his work. He kept us informed all during the install. His workmanship was excellent. He cleaned up very well and left the bathroom spotless. We are very happy with his work.
Tony did a Geat job installing our new shower. He was very courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves very well. He always made sure that we were satisfied with the placement of the hand bar and shelves. I highly recommend this crew.
We had a new shower installed. After waiting for the exciting day of install one of panels was cracked so we had to reorder and wait again. Completely out of their control and I totally get that although once it did come in I felt they rushed to get it done. REGRET! I wouldn't have purchased this Kohler Luxstone shower system had I known that the corners would be a strip of caulk and that the pan would look crooked. I expected much more based on the price we paid (think small car!) Even if our wall isn't perfectly square, they were the ones who installed the sheetrock behind the structure and could have used shims to make it look decent.
