They told me to bring my car in for them to take a look at it. And then they wouldn't let me leave without charging me a diagnostic fee that they didn't tell me about ahead of time. I thought I was going to have to call the police. Shady business imo. Definitely would not go back.
Absolutely Do Not Recommend I went to this shop and paid $350 for what I was told would be good, reliable tires. What I got instead were poor-quality tires that clearly weren’t worth the money. Not even a week later, I started noticing issues. When I tried to reach out about it, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. They clearly didn’t care about making it right or standing by what they sold me. I would never go back to this place to get my car fixed. Save yourself the time, money, and stress—go somewhere else.
EDIT: I got my front brakes done a month ago, and my brakes went all the way out a couple days ago. It was snowing that day so I wondered if it was just slippery, but no, the brake lines were out. It was scary and someone could have been hurt. Minnesota repair denied that they had anything to do with it, that the issue was with the rear. Idk if I believe them or not.
