Dr. Rousey is a really good physician and has a good team working at Ridgeview.
While the staff was friendly, the service is extremely slow. My Mom visited the Waconia location as the Plymouth facility is closed while they move. Mom has had immunotherapy at Plymouth twice a month for 3 months and it runs like clockwork. The schedule was 10:45 labs, 11:15 Dr. visit and 11:30 immunotherapy. We arrived at 10:15. Mom had labs at 10:30, Doctor appointment at 11:40 and immunotherapy started at 12:45. Just because someone is a cancer patient does not mean that their time is not important. Dr. Steven Rousey and his entire staff at the Minnesota Oncology Center in Waconia are wonderful people! Starting from the minute you walk in! They are sincerely caring, and bend over backwards to accommodate everything you need and go the extra miles all the time! I am so impressed with the way they check up on me and listen to everything I have to say about what's going on with me on this very unexpected cancer journey.
