I have insurance questions and I left a message a week ago and nobody called me back. I called back today to try to get through to someone, all she said is wait until someone calls you back. She physically cannot forward my call to anyone who can help me. MN Oncology - you seriously need to think about a new customer service company. It is terrible.
Dr.Gada is super! In fact, every staff member there can’t be best! Dr. Gada & Alicia are direct & I feel like I’m in great hands on this journey! Ann, receptionist, can’t be beat!! You couldn’t find a better person at that desk! Even if you aren’t in best mood, she’ll brighten your day with no problem! Shes bouncy & fun! Love you all at mn. Oncology, I’m so fortunate to have you all!🥰
I couldn't be more greatful for the care and support I have received from Dr Gada and the rest of the staff during my cancer journey. Every person who supported my care are the reasons I got through this experience. I so appreciated Dr Gada's direct, problem solving approach. She always had a solution to every challenge I had and was quick to initiate what I needed and the staff was amazing at coordinating execution. Thank you all!
I have had ITP in the past and Dr. Gada has treated me before. They are all top notch and would highly recommend them to anyone.
