Edit 2 (March 17th, 2025): I got fed up with waiting and cleaned the unit myself. I still have had no contact from them, and no one seems to bother picking up. I tried calling a few more times today with no answer. There's no point in leaving a message anymore, because the four previous voicemails I left between February 27th and today haven't had a return call. Edit (March 14th, 2025): I still haven't heard back from this place. No response to the messages I left weeks ago, and no one picks up when I call. I left a message yesterday as well. I tried calling 10 different times throughout the day today and not a single one was answered. I'm giving them until the end of next week before I cancel and look elsewhere.
