The owners are decent people I like being a customer there
This is one of the cleanest and best maintained storage facilities I've ever come across. It was constructed with a material system called, ICF or Insulated Concrete Forms. As it was described to me, it's basically a foam wall construction that is tied together with heavy rebar and than 8 inches of concrete is poured inside the foam forms to make a wall.
