"Props!" to Justin, Service Manager, and tech, Blake, who helped get our family's boat repaired and back on the water this week! Justin was terrific in navigating the process, helping me understand some of the mechanical facets and getting us on the service calendar. Blake, did the prop exchange on our boat, at the local boat launch, and was generous towards helping me understand some of the unique watchpoints around our boat and prop which were new to me as an owner. Much appreciated!
I’ve had an issue with my Response txi overheating and took it to the New Germany location. Justin, specifically, was excellent. He was in constant communication with me regarding the repair and clearly walked me through the steps to fix my boat. When I picked up the boat he also had me talk to the technician so I could better understand the repair. Justin and his team did an excellent job and I highly recommend and appreciate all they did.

Now that I have been a customer of MN Inboards for roughly 5 years. I reiterate my 5 star rating because of the outstanding customer service of the Service Area in New Germany. It's all about the "service after the sale" and Justin and team each year continue to go above and beyond with service.
