Now that I have been a customer of MN Inboards for roughly 5 years. I reiterate my 5 star rating because of the outstanding customer service of the Service Area in New Germany. It's all about the "service after the sale" and Justin and team each year continue to go above and beyond with service. They are extremely organized for the customer with Spring and Fall maintenance and are extremely prompt and diligent with diagnosis when issues come up. I put a $ 1,000 deposit on a boat at the 2024 Minneapolis boat show with Adam Fletcher on Jan. 20th 2024 and I was told I would get my deposit back if I did no go threw with the purchase. The reason I asked him was because I was warned by another buyer out at the show not to buy from them because he fiberglass problems with his 2023 Malibu and they were less then helpful during that warranty defect.
