This is our 2nd boat with Minnesota Inboard and 1st at their new location. Very fortunate to have them around as when our old boat has an issue, they resolved it quickly so we could get back on the water. I dealt with Jeff directly and we just took delivery in our new Axis A245. Jeff went the extra mile and was incredibly helpful and appreciated our business. I highly recommend checking them out if looking for a new boat or service.
Was interested in boat shopping here till I saw they let cops station themselves here to bother people. Use other boat dealers on hwy 10
I spent a day out on the water with Jeff Thayer and he completely blew me away. He has more knowledge about wake boats than anyone. Jeff has a way of explaining the benefits and reasons why Malibu and Axis build boats the way they do without putting down the competition. He is able to talk about the differences and ask probing questions to find the right fit for you. I came into the experience ready to learn more and Jeff was 10/10 informative. Left my boat on July 6th for repairs fluid change and other misc trailer fixes (guesstimated at about $5000.00). Went today, July 22nd, and was informed that nothing had been done to my boat. A couple of excuses were given. I received not a single phone call since I left the boat. This is the same type of terrible service I received from Mclaughlin's. When I took the boat in for them to look at and schedule July 6th drop off, I thought I had found a good place to work on this wake boat. I heard excellent words from the guy i... read more
