Highly recommend this hospice care team. Each and every person who came into my home treated my father with dignity and compassion. They answered all my questions and gave me resources when I needed them.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Minnesota Hospice, and for the team that supported us Ashley, Julia, Megan, and Sara, Kate, Kimberly and Jess who cared for my father in his last days of life. Minnesota Hospice was a Godsend. Every interaction I had with all of the people involved, from Tara- in intake, to Nikki- the socal worker, to Tina- the Nurse, to Kendall- the Hospice Aide, to Michelle- the music therapist, to Mary- the Chaplain, was so compassionate, respectful, informative, and truly a blessing to my Aunt, me, and our family. They made a difficult process much easier to walk through. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience with Minnesota Hospice. My mom was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer, and when her doctor could no longer continue treatment, she was placed on hospice care. Unfortunately, the first hospice provider, the one recommended by Fairview, was a nightmare. They failed to provide the support and care my mom needed during an incredibly difficult time.
