Great best relief for jaw pain
Saw them in early March 2020, just before covid. They never had me get a referral and I got hit with the full bill. Contacted my gp got a referral, but in the meantime they put it in collections. Had a 2nd bill they tried to run, but got rejected by my insurance for incorrect patient information. First they had my name wrong, they combined my first and last name. 2nd they had billing codes incorrect.
