What a joke, Dr could care less about your concerns. Asked billing how much it would cost ahead of time sent me a quote on 12 different classes of scheduled billing types, so i had to guess which one mine is.. even asked the Dr and he had no idea. Told me i needed omeprozole even tho ive improved greatly the natural way from acid reflux.. why in the world would anyone even go here, unless getting billed 600$ for a 5 min session of someone not giving af about you or your concerns is your thing
Overall pleasant experience. Had a flexible sigmoidoscopy with Dr. Levine. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, nurses were extremely kind and helpful. Made sure I was as comfortable as possible. No issues with billing or anything.
I went here for my first colonoscopy at age 48. I was really nervous (especially about anesthesia). This place operates like a well-oiled machine. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk person to the doctor were cordial, caring, pleasant, and engaged. Everything was right on time if not a little early. The anesthesiologist who discussed options with me listened to my concerns and even bent down to look into my eyes (you know how masks get in the way of engagement).
