I just got off the phone with one of the rudest people I have ever encountered! I tried multiple times to place an order and never got a return call. I tried one last time and when they picked up they just said hello. When I asked who I was speaking with they got very nasty, "You should know who you called, etc." When I tried to explain that when one calls a business they usually identify the business when they say hello and I wondered if they were legit.
