This was the worst wait ever. My son was scheduled for a noon appt at Minnetonka and that morning they changed it to Bloomington. We get to the appt 30 min early and sit for 90 minutes until he had his lasik surgery. While we sat and waited we listened to two employees talk crap about the COVA19 virus and how stupid all the cancelling of public events were. RecommendedI had PTK surgery done just over a month ago. I've had 5 appointments total since November at the Bloomington location and I have been so impressed at each one. Every employee and doctor I have encountered has been kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I was so nervous going into surgery but the team made it an easy, (mostly) painless process and I'm so glad I did it! Thank you to everyone at MEC! I'm seeing better already and so thankful for all of you!

Better customer service, failed to return calls 6 times
Recommended6 mo post procedure 👁 check. Unbelievable vision 20/25 in that eye (no correction). Still blurring & doubling - due to the divot that was taken out of eye surface, but great improvement. Will see him in 6 mos. (1yr mark again) to make decision around another possible procedure or if we are done. 🙂 All in all great news 2.5 yrs post injury! Very thankful for Minnesota Eye Consultants! Dr Tozer, Parker, & Hardten have done unbelievable work!
