Good communication, we’re professional and careful with my furniture. Carpets look and smell great. The stains I thought were permanent are completely gone. Great local company that cares about quality.

Eco did really well on my carpets.. I was a little worried at first because I met him in Menards as I was looking to replace my carpet because of stains and pet order from a renter. He told me if he couldn’t get It clean than he would discount the service 30% so I bit given It was cheaper than replacing the carpet .. about 15 minutes went by and I saw him with this spraying the spots with something he mixed in the driveway then after It sat for a moment came back with the machine and removed even a few stains from me spillin... read more
