Had a great experience with John helping me to identify the correct parts needed to turn two older PWC lifts from manual to powered. Communication was great, prices were great, and delivery was super fast! Highly recommend!
My wife and I have been using Minnesota Dock and Lift ( Bricks Boatworks ) since we moved to Crystal Lake in Burnsville in 2016. Travis, John and the whole crew really do a great job. They are very helpful if you have questions and work extremely hard to provide the best customer service possible. We have recommended them to people on the lake, including our neighbors who also use them.
Been boating for many years, with many boats, in many places & these guys are the BEST we’ve ever seen or had the experience of working with. John & Brittany Brick go above and beyond in everything they do. What a pleasure work with!
They did just fine putting in the dock & lifts. There are two reasons for the 2 stars. The first is the fact that when you sign up for a time, it doesn't mean ANYTHING. I signed up for an early morning spot, but by the time they got to my docks it was mid afternoon and a storm came rolling in. So back they came the next morning. It would be good customer service to get a heads up 1/2 hr ahead of time instead of staying at home all day waiting!
