I would have had a much better review of this department if they didn't 1. give me incorrect information which caused a form to be rejected, and 2. didn't lose my third fax sent to them. This all happening while trying to add a dying parent to a birth certificate. To date, I still have not been able to successfully complete the process. Very much rude called twice got hanged up on twice and very disrespectful customer service.
Absolutely awful. People need to renew their license to go back to work and you decline everything they submit. When people call to ask questions the workers have attitudes and hang up on you. If you don't accept 1099 workers documents then we shouldn't be paying taxes either.
