James in Vital Records is a gem …. extremely helpful! I also called here once at the beginning of COVID because I needed advice for staying safe while traveling, and the nurse I talked with was great.
Minnesota suck. No one works there. No one to help. Literally no one. My tax money pay for them to stay home, heat/AC a empty building. Feel like a citizen is on their time and schedule. They say don't do appointment and face to face interaction. Why the hell am I paying their salary for! Get back to work for me at the office and face me in person, when I need you, on my time not yours!

I have had a background in this office since November, haven’t been permitted to work. Had to file unemployment. Huge issues here.
